Dr. Eduardo Lovo is a neurosurgeon with over two decades of experience in the treatment of brain tumors and complex neurological disorders. He currently serves as the Director of the International Cancer Center in San Salvador, El Salvador, and is the founder of the Robotic Radiosurgery Center (CyberKnife) in Costa Rica — both recognized for pioneering high-precision radiosurgical treatments in the region.
Trained in Mexico and Chile, with specialized experience in Neurosurgical Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Lovo has led the introduction of advanced technologies such as Gamma Knife and CyberKnife in Central America, setting new standards in intracranial and spinal radiosurgery.
His current work focuses on the integration of science, technology, and neuro-innovation, driving projects centered on longevity, restoration, and regeneration. With a forward-looking approach, Dr. Lovo aims to expand access to cutting-edge treatments and contribute to the development of a more precise and preventive medicine.
